– You are required to solve the programming assignments individually. You should not share your solutions nor seek any. If we detect that your solution match or resemble any others, both of you will get a – 10 out of 10 marks. The students involved will be cross-examined by a departmental committee to determine the cheater’s penalty. – Handing the assignment should be at the same date it is due to your tutorial’s teacher, unless stated otherwise. if you delay handing the sheet, it will not be accepted.
– Your solutions to the assignments should be printed and not hand-typed. If it is more than one page it should be stapled. Keep your sheets neat and tidy.
– If your sheet contains code parts you should also hand them in a CD attached to the sheet (i.e. you print the code and hand it in a CD).
– Your code should always be properly documented in the form of comments.
الاختبارات الفصلية البديلة
عزيزتي الطالبة:
1. في حال تغيبك عن اختبار شهري لإحدى مواد القسم لابد أن تقومي برفع طلب اختبار بديل للجنة الاختبارات البديلة لتقرر مدى استحقاقك لاختبار بديل من عدمه.
2. يجب أن يتم رفع الطلب خلال أسبوع واحد كحد أقصى من تاريخ الاختبار.
3. تقوم الطالبة بتعبئة نموذج الطلب الموجود على موقع اللجنة (https://makeupexams.wordpress.com/forms/) كالتالي:
· قسم “معلومات الطالبة”: يكتب كاملاً.
· قسم “المقرر الدراسي”: يكتب كاملاً.
· قسم “المرشدة الأكاديمية: تكتب للطالبة اسم مرشدتها الأكاديمية بالإضافة لايميل المرشدة في خانة الملاحظات.
4. ترفق الطالبة الأوراق الثبوتية التي تثبت عدم قدرتها على حضور الاختبار.
5. يسلم الطلب والأوراق الثبوتية لأستاذة المقرر لتقوم برفعها للجنة.
6. سيتم إبلاغ الطالبة بقرار اللجنة عن طريق أستاذة المقرر.
7. الاختبارات البديلة تكون في أسبوع اختبارات المعامل النهائية وتكون شاملة لجميع المقرر وليست في جزئية الاختبار فقط إلا في حالات خاصة جداً.
